  20. Although the V.FC -> V.34 upgrade program technically is over after having run 
  21. for a year, Hayes will continue to offer the upgrades as long as we have a 
  22. supply of upgrade kits.  The price is $49 (+s&h) and can be arranged via Hayes 
  23. Customer Service at the voice number in my SIG file below.
